Note:
Use 80-90 oil or "finer" 80-140. it is a drive gear. So LSD oil should definitely not be used. Recommanded not to use with oil from Valvoline or Napa when it was discovered that these were created noise earlier.
Check the bolts for the crown wheels so that they do not bottom, there are both 20mm and 25mm long bolts for the crown wheel original.
Speedometer wreath, 48 teeth: For rear axles with aluminum cap, some are Volvo 240, 940 and some 740.
Speedometer wreath, 12 teeth: For rear axles with metal cover.
Tightening torque:
Overrun 50-70 Nm
Wheel. Bolt without flange 70-80 Nm
Wheel. Bolt with flange 90-110
Carrier M20x1.5 200-250 Nm
