Pureest C1 is our clay, also known as Clay Bar. It is used after the car has been thoroughly washed but before polishing to ensure that the paintwork is completely free of contamination. What is a Clay Bar? When you wash a car, there are often particles that are hard etched into the paintwork that do not go away through normal washing methods. Even if these are not visible to the naked eye, they do affect the process of polishing the car greatly, as this dirt sticks to the polishing pad and in the worst case inhibits the paint instead of making it shinier. By going directly on the paint with a clay bar, you can pick up dirt that previously could not be removed and thus prepare the car for polishing and paint protection as the final step. You will be shocked at how much dirt gets stuck in the clay! Important thing to remember is that the clay is the step before polishing and that the paint will lose some shine and get light scratches after the clay. We recommend polishing the car immediately after using mud and also using pureest C2 which is a mud lubricant. As usual, we do not recommend using the product in direct sunlight. Make sure the car is properly clean. Spray C2 on both the clay and the paint to reduce friction, it should never be dry when working with clay. Then use the clay and work over the entire paint with light pressure.Wipe off and start polishing. Both C1 and C2 are of course made in Sweden!Colour: Blue Remember not to store the product in areas where it will be below zero.Other: None of our products contain PFAS (highly fluorinated substances)
